Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how 82VPN handles data while providing subscription services, international routes, and account features. Please read the following terms before using the service.

Data Collection and Purposes

No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. 82VPN processes the account username, authentication credentials, and necessary account status information to identify accounts, maintain login sessions, and provide subscription features. Password credentials are used only for authentication and are not displayed publicly.

When purchasing or changing a plan, the service stores order items, amounts, payment status, creation time, and refund records. These records support service delivery, billing verification, dispute handling, and enforcement of the refund policy. During service operation, plan traffic usage is also recorded to calculate remaining allowances and apply monthly subscription reset rules.

Website usage analytics may include visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, language settings, and basic network information. This data is used to check page performance, detect abnormal requests, and improve user flows; it is not used to build profiles of browsing interests. Details, screenshots, or diagnostic information submitted voluntarily through a ticket are used only to address the related issue.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

82VPN does not record which websites users access through international routes, nor does it store browsing content, destination pages, DNS queries, or application message content. Routine service operation does not create connection histories that can be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.

To authenticate accounts, calculate traffic usage, and schedule routes, the system processes temporary technical information required for connections. This information supports the current operation only and is not retained as a long-term browsing record. When a connection fails, support processes the relevant diagnostic information only if the user opens a ticket and provides supporting material. Non-essential diagnostic content is no longer retained after the issue is resolved.

Aggregated operational statistics may be used for capacity planning and fault analysis. Aggregated information is designed to remove direct account identifiers where possible and cannot be used to see the specific websites visited by an account.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security states. This data allows pages to recognize the current session and restore user choices on a later visit.

Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and saved interface preferences may be removed, requiring another login or new settings selection. Disabling necessary storage may prevent the account panel, order flow, or subscription delivery from working properly.

Third-Party Payment Processing

82VPN supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service. The service does not require users to submit complete payment credentials on marketing pages. Payment providers may process payment account information, transaction identifiers, and risk-control data under their own policies.

82VPN receives and stores the result information needed to complete an order, such as order status, payment channel, transaction reference, and refund status. Each third-party payment service's data practices are governed by its own privacy terms. Users should also read the information provided by their selected payment service before making a payment.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is generally retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are kept only as far as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Usage analytics are retained only as needed for security analysis and page improvements; when the same purpose can be met, aggregated or de-identified results are preferred.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit a ticket requesting deletion of their account and non-essential information directly linked to it. To prevent unauthorized action, account identity verification may be required before processing. Once deletion is complete, related information in active systems will no longer be used; copies in backups will be gradually replaced through normal backup updates. Order or dispute records that must be retained by law are managed separately from routine service data and handled when the retention purpose ends.

This policy may change as service processes, legal requirements, or data practices evolve. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised accordingly. Before material changes take effect, notice will be provided through a method suitable for the current account process. Continued use of the updated service indicates that the revised content has been read.
