Service Scope and Applicability

82VPN provides international route connections, subscription delivery, and related user panel features for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes cover 100+ countries / 240+ routes. The regions and route types available at any given time are shown in the user panel.

The service is intended to improve connection paths and the user experience for cross-border access. Actual performance may be affected by the user's network location, the status of the target service, device settings, and route maintenance. 82VPN may adjust routes, protocol entry points, and client access methods based on network quality, security risks, or operational needs, while maintaining the basic service scope associated with an active subscription.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must set and securely protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and payment actions performed under their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and stop sharing the relevant information.

An active subscription may be used on an unlimited number of the account holder's personal devices under their reasonable control. Accounts, subscription information, and access rights may not be sold, rented, transferred, publicly posted, or distributed to others as standalone products. Unauthorized commercial resale, bulk sharing, and attempts to avoid standard billing procedures may result in restricted service.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and payment method before submitting payment.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using 82VPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to the target service, as well as platform rules and intellectual property requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized network access, or interference with the normal use of routes, servers, or other users.

Users may not probe, attack, or damage the service's systems or security mechanisms, nor abuse accounts through automation, consume abnormal resources, or affect network scheduling. Users are responsible for complaints, losses, or legal liability arising from their own conduct. 82VPN will handle valid requests to the extent required by applicable rules.

Service Availability and Liability

International network connections depend on infrastructure operated by multiple parties and may experience brief interruptions, speed fluctuations, or regional changes due to equipment failures, route maintenance, upstream network changes, target service adjustments, or events beyond reasonable control. 82VPN will perform necessary route maintenance and scheduling, but does not promise performance beyond these terms for any particular route, target service, or continuously fixed connection.

Users should keep important account information backed up and maintain supported device systems. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 82VPN is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by device settings, changes to third-party services, improper credential handling, or violations of these terms. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

Suspension and Termination Circumstances

If a user violates acceptable-use requirements, resells a subscription, publicly shares access rights, maliciously consumes route resources, interferes with system operation, has an irregular payment status, or seriously violates these terms in another way, 82VPN may restrict relevant features, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To protect account and network security, 82VPN may require the user to update account credentials before restoring available features.

Users may stop using the service and manage existing subscriptions in the user panel. Termination does not affect payment obligations, compliance responsibilities, or provisions that must remain in effect by law and that arose before termination.

Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance

82VPN may update these terms when service content, network arrangements, or applicable rules change. The revised version will be published on this page, along with an updated last-updated month. Continued use after a material change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who disagree may stop using the service before the change takes effect.

Refund eligibility, scope, and processing are governed by the separate Refund Policy. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy together form the rules applicable to use of 82VPN services. If a specific policy provides clear instructions for a particular matter, that policy takes precedence.
